Meet the amazing Shanta!
We are thrilled to welcome Shanta Parker to the Entrust team as a Project Manager. She will have the privilege of supporting our local partners around the world and showcasing their amazing contribution with others.
Having travelled extensively over the years, Shanta has always had a deep passion to help others in developing countries as well as the disadvantaged at home.
Much of Shanta’s working life has been practising as a physiotherapist, but more recently she worked for a Foundation providing Allied Health Services to Indigenous communities with limited access, helping to close the gap in Indigenous Health. Shanta then moved onto an organisation partnering with local organisations in developing countries to assist in the advancement of effective healthcare in disadvantaged communities.
In November 2023, Shanta joined the Entrust team and has hit the ground running, bringing her experience and fresh eyes to our small but mighty team. We are so glad she is here.
Shanta has 3 adult children, loves walking along the beach, exploring nature, visiting new countries, photography and keeping fit.
Kate is stepping up!
Our expanded Project Management Team necessitated a restructure and we’re excited that Kate Munns accepted the new role of Lead Project Manager. Having built her project management skills over 13 years at both Entrust and another aid agency, we are very confident in Kate’s experience, capability, heart, and commitment to the mission of Entrust to succeed in this new role.
Kate will be responsible for both coordinating and managing the growing portfolio of project work for Entrust and managing the Project Team. The Lead Project Manager is a member of the Entrust Leadership Team and is expected to contribute to strategic direction of the organisation, the management and professional development of the Project Team, and to represent the organisation as the Lead Project Manager, contributing to development and growth of Entrust.
Congratulations Kate!
