International Partnerships Manager

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate International Partnerships Manager to oversee Entrust Foundation’s portfolio of international development and ministry projects. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with overseas partners, help ensure projects achieve meaningful outcomes, and contribute to lasting change in vulnerable communities around the world.
About the Role
You’ll join a small, purpose-driven team where your contribution will have a direct impact. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take responsibility for managing Entrust Foundation’s project portfolio and partner relationships. You’ll help ensure projects are well designed, effectively monitored, appropriately funded and aligned with organisation’s vision and values.
The role combines project management, relationship management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, due diligence and strategic thinking. It would suit someone who enjoys balancing detail with big-picture impact and who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Entrust Foundations portfolio of international development and ministry projects from approval through to completion.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with overseas project partners.
- Review funding applications, budgets, reports and project outcomes.
- Assist partners in project monitoring, training and evaluation.
- Assist partners to strengthen project design, implementation and reporting.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure projects meet governance and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management and board committees.
- Support donor engagement by helping communicate project impact and outcomes.
- Contribute to strategy, planning and continuous improvement across Entrust’s programs.
- Undertake occasional overseas travel to visit projects and strengthen partner relationships.
- Bring a positive, collaborative spirit to a team that values humour, kindness and purpose.
Who You Are
- An experienced project, program or partnership professional with strong organisational skills.
- Someone with an active Christian faith.
- Passionate about international development, poverty alleviation and community transformation.
- An excellent relationship builder who communicates with warmth, professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A strong writer with the ability to analyse information and prepare high-quality reports.
- Curious, strategic and able to see both the detail and the bigger picture.
- Experienced in monitoring and evaluation, project management or community development (desirable).
- Able to work independently while collaborating within a small team.

- Location: Hybrid/flexible (with regular attendance in the Blackburn North office on Wednesdays)

- Some independent international travel will be required

Marketing and Communications Coordinator
7.6 hours per week (0.2 FTE)
The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an organised, creative storyteller who loves turning real-life impact into engaging content. If you enjoy writing, social media, light website wrangling and keeping a content plan humming along, this might be your ideal one-day-a-week gig. You’ll join a warm and collaborative team doing life-changing work in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. Perfect for a new grad, a freelancer, or someone returning to work who wants meaningful, flexible hours.
About the Role
Working alongside our team, you’ll help us share stories, celebrate progress, and invite others to partner with us. Your week will include shaping content, building comms pieces and keeping our digital and printed presence fresh and consistent.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the monthly content plan and help keep everything running smoothly
- Create simple, engaging content for social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
- Design and format our quarterly newsletter email (content, layout, scheduling)
- Maintain and update our website with fresh stories, project updates and basic edits
- Turn field stories and partner updates into compelling posts or short articles
- Coordinate two printed collateral pieces per year – working with the team, a graphic designer and a printer, including organising the mailout
- Oversee channel analytics, suggesting optimisations in strategy and/or approach to uplift engagement
- Contribute to the strategic direction and planning of Entrust’s marketing and communications activities in partnership with the CEO
- Bring a positive, collaborative spirit to a team that values humour, kindness and purpose
Who You Are
- An experienced marketing and communications professional, or recent graduate ready to put their skills into practice.
- Someone with an active Christian faith.
- A natural storyteller with warmth, clarity and an eye for detail.
- Confident with social media and basic website editing.
- Organised, reliable and good at managing multiple tasks.
- On the pulse of trends in engagement, social channels and digital opportunities.
- Committed to increasing awareness, engagement and supporter growth for Entrust.
- Comfortable coordinating with designers, printers and teammates.
- Passionate about meaningful work and the experiences of people in tough places.
- Able to work independently with support when needed.
- Respectful and comfortable working within a faith-based organization.
- Values and upholds integrity in regards to AI usage when storytelling and communicating.
- Positive, proactive and happy being part of a small, tight knit team.

- Time: 7.6 hours per week (1 day) this could be spread over multiple days, in agreement with organisation
